Bugpaws Paw Protectors and related products are designed to provide temporary protection and care for dogs’ paws.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, and minor differences may occur between product batches.

Product availability, packaging, features, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. We do not guarantee that every product will always be available.

3. Product Use & Owner Responsibility

Bugpaws Paw Protectors are adhesive products designed to stick securely to clean, dry paw pads. Results and wear time may vary depending on paw shape, sizing, fur length, activity level, surface conditions, moisture, application, and removal.

By using our products, you agree to:

• Select the appropriate size for your dog.
• Read and follow all included instructions and warnings.
• Apply the protectors only to clean, completely dry paw pads.
• Trim fur growing over or between the paw pads before application.
• Monitor your dog during use.
• Check the paws and protectors regularly.
• Remove the product as directed.
• Stop using the product if your dog experiences irritation, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction.

Adhesive may come into contact with surrounding fur if the fur extends over or between the paw pads. For easier removal, soak the paws in warm, soapy water or use the Bugpaws cleansing solution to help loosen the adhesive. Remove the protectors slowly and do not pull them directly from sensitive fur.

Do not use Bugpaws products on injured, infected, irritated, or otherwise compromised paws without first consulting a licensed veterinarian.

Pet owners are responsible for evaluating walking surfaces, temperatures, weather, terrain, and other conditions before and during use. Bugpaws products are intended to provide temporary protection, but they cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee protection under all conditions.

4. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

Bugpaws products, website content, social media content, instructions, and customer-support communications are provided for general product and educational purposes only. They are not veterinary or medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian if you have questions or concerns about your dog’s health, paws, mobility, sensitivities, or ability to use a product safely.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and payment authorization.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Bugpaws is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• Orders placed for unauthorized resale.
• Technical or processing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Bugpaws does not control and is not responsible for a payment provider’s separate services, policies, or security practices.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Bugpaws is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Bugpaws is not responsible for packages that a shipping carrier confirms were delivered but are later lost, misplaced, or stolen. If you experience a shipping issue, contact us at info@bugpaws.com, and we will do our best to help investigate it.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the Refund & Return Policy posted on our Site, which is incorporated into these Terms.

In general:

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
• Products must remain sealed and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Normal adhesive performance, contact between adhesive and untrimmed paw fur, incorrect sizing, improper application or removal, and failure to follow the included instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers cannot be combined.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Discounts do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.

We may cancel or refuse a promotion that is used improperly, fraudulently, or contrary to its stated terms.

If you submit a review, photo, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to Bugpaws, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Bugpaws a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted content for our website, social media, advertising, and other business purposes.

We will not knowingly publish personally identifying information beyond what you have authorized. We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to our products.

The Site and its content—including the Bugpaws name, logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, text, and packaging—are owned by or licensed to Bugpaws LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We do not guarantee that:
