Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have the following policy:
1. Returns
We do not accept returns.
Bugpawsâ„¢ Paw Protectors and related products are sealed for safety and hygiene. Once shipped, items cannot be returned or resold.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Improper use
However, we will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive the wrong item

3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
4. Shipping Issues
Bugpaws is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
