1. Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are nonrefundable.
• Products that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Before sending anything back, please email info@bugpaws.com with your order number and return request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll issue an eligible refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your product arrives damaged.
• Your product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• You receive the wrong item.

A manufacturing defect means the product arrived damaged, unusable, or materially different from how it was designed to perform.

The following are not considered product defects:

• Selecting the incorrect size.
• Changing your mind.
• Normal adhesive performance.
• Adhesive coming into contact with fur around or between the paw pads.
• Issues caused by application, paw preparation, sizing, or removal.
• Failure to follow the instructions and helpful tips included with the order.
• Normal wear during use.
• Individual differences in a dog’s paws, fur, activity level, or walking conditions.

Bugpaws Paw Protectors are designed to adhere securely to clean, dry paw pads. For the best experience, fur growing over or between the paw pads should be trimmed before application.

For easier removal, soak the paws in warm, soapy water or use the Bugpaws Antibacterial Foam and/or the Bugpaws Cleaning Cup to help loosen the adhesive. Remove the protectors slowly and avoid pulling directly on sensitive fur.

3.Requesting Assistance

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email info@bugpaws.com within seven days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and your dog’s paw pads, when relevant.

We may request additional information to review the issue. After reviewing your request, Bugpaws may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Approved refunds cover only the eligible product price. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Email info@bugpaws.com as soon as possible with your order number.

5. Shipping Issues

Bugpaws is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Packages marked as delivered that are later lost, misplaced, or stolen.
• Delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If your order is delayed, damaged during shipping, or appears to be missing, contact us at info@bugpaws.com. We’ll do our best to help investigate the shipment and find a solution.
